“My experience with Emily from Nourisher has been extremely positive. From booking a consult, communication, ordering products, feeling comfortable, feeling heard, learning important information and getting results. Emily is definitely someone I hope to keep as my naturopath long term, and I have recommended her to lots of my friends and family!”
— Alya, Auckland.
“I’ve learnt so much from Emily in the past 4 months - not just about my health but about hormones, supplements and what certain symptoms mean. I always come away feeling refreshed and more knowledgeable. She has been a great help to me in my fertility journey. ”
— Katie, Tauranga.
I’ve been seeing Emily for 5 years and she has truly changed my life. She’s supported me through my PCOS journey with so much knowledge, care and compassion. She’s the kindest and most dedicated practitioner I’ve ever worked with, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
— Rhiannon, Auckland.
“I first came to see Emily after missing periods for almost a year. She was very realistic from the beginning and explained that it takes time but it’s worth it. I couldn’t believe when I got my period after 6 weeks into our three-month protocol. She helped me to make practical changes that were achievable and now these habits have stuck with me for life.”
— Sarah, Auckland.
“Emily has truly changed my life. After a diagnosis of Endometriosis 3 years ago, I had been living with symptoms that I thought were normal. I was told that there was no cure and nothing would help besides the pill. Because of Emily, I no longer am in debilitating pain. I’ve learnt so much about my body and how to manage my condition.”
— Hannah, Auckland.
I’ve been seeing Emily at Nourisher Women’s Health for a number of years and I can’t recommend her enough. She’s helped me overcome all the symptoms I was experiencing with PCOS and has supported me through two pregnancies. Emily is caring, attentive, and always checks in to make adjustments when needed. I feel very lucky to have her in my corner and truly value her ongoing support.
