Client Booking Agreement & Cancelation Policy

We respect that your time is valuable and and ours is too. For this reason, if you need to reschedule an appointment, we ask you provide us with at least 48 hours notice to avoid a fee*. If you miss an appointment without providing notice, the full fee will apply. Of course, we understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise so please email us directly if you have any concerns - hello@nourisher.co.nz

Cancellation fees:

Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours prior to the appointment - 25% of the full fee.

Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours prior to the appointment - 50% of the full fee.

Cancelling or rescheduling within 12 hours prior to the appointment - 100% of the full fee.

Running late to your appointment?

If you are running late to an appointment, please kindly inform me by giving me a call, text or email. Please be aware that your appointment time may be cut short due to other client bookings.


Payment Terms

Forms of Payment

Payment for consultation services or products can be made online through this website or via invoice. We do not accept payment via cash.

Payment Plans

We do not offer payment plans at this time, however, if this interests you please contact me to discuss options.

Security Policy

We do not store your credit card details. Please look at their websites directly for their current privacy and security policies.

Currency & GST

All amounts quoted and charged are in New Zealand Dollars.
