The initial consultation is a thorough health investigation into your current health concerns, medical history, diet and lifestyle, as well as any recent blood and/or diagnostic tests. You will receive a personalised treatment plan that includes health goals, dietary, lifestyle and any further testing recommendations, as well as nutritional/supplementation and herbal medicine support.

A follow up appointment allows the chance to assess treatment progress and is a chance for us to make further changes. This includes analysis of any pathology and functional testing results, monitoring of nutritional and herbal supplementation, and any specialised dietary and lifestyle advice. This is a great way to track your progress. A follow up is generally recommend at 4-6 week intervals and the number of follow-up appointments is dependent on the presenting concerns.

This express follow up appointment is a mini appointment if there is only one thing to discuss such as a current cold or to review pathology results. If you require further discussion or this is your first follow up appointment please book a standard follow up. This is for exisiting clients only who have had a follow up within 2 months.

15 minutes | $45

This mini appointment is a chance to have your recent blood results interpreted to you. In this consult, you will gain a deeper understanding of your results, suggestions for what you can do to help improve your levels and receive access to high-quality practitioner grade supplements, if necessary. If you have anything further to discuss please book an initial or if you are a current client book a standard 45min follow up.

15 minutes | $45

This appointment is a chance to review your current supplement regime and/or discuss with a qualified practitioner which supplements you may benefit from. You will receive access to practitioner-only supplements via script.

90-120 minutes | $380

This couples fertility consultation is 90-120 minutes with your practitioner. It is a chance for both mum and dad to have a thorough health assessment to optimise fertility and pregnancy outcomes.

As conception of your future baby involves both the male and female equally it is important to support the health of both parents leading up to conception. In women, the egg maturation process occurs 4 months before she ovulates. In men, sperm take on average of 74 days to develop and mature.

We recommend booking 4 months prior to conception, if possible to have the greatest chance of influencing the health of the developing foetus.
